Nokhta provides a platform for users to create personal profile pages containing links to their social media accounts, websites, and other online content. Our service includes the creation and management of digital business cards and profile pages.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

5. Content Ownership

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service. 6. Profile URLs and Usernames

Profile URLs and usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or remove usernames that violate our policies, infringe on trademarks, or are deemed inappropriate. Inactive accounts may have their usernames reclaimed after a period of inactivity.

7. NFC Cards and Physical Products

If you purchase or receive NFC cards or other physical products associated with our service, you agree that these products are provided "as is" and are subject to normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or malfunction of physical products after delivery.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nokhta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nokhta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
